

Old SChool Festival Vendor Information
If you're interested in becoming a vendor for the 2025 Joe Douglas Old School Music Festival in Huntsville, Alabama, you've come to the right place. Vendor Packages

Food Vendors - $500
A temporary permit is needed and information will be provided. This vendor package also includes 2 All-Access Vendor passes and 4 VIP Old School Festival tickets. If you have a large staff (>5 people), you will need to provide a staff list so that we can accommodate them with all-access passes.

Non-Food Vendors - $250
An email will be sent on the time of arrival and details for setup the day before or day of. 2 weeks before the festival there will be a consultation call to ensure your arrival.
